Refund policy

Cancellations/Refunds 

We have a 72hr cancellation with partial refund policy.  This means, that you have 72hrs prior to the date of your event booking, to cancel and request a partial refund.  Partial refunds are calculated as the total cost of your rental for the day, less a 20% fee for loss of revenue.

To be eligible for a partial refund, you will need to contact The King and I Enterprise via email cancellation@thekingandienterprise.com.  You’ll also need to provide proof of all original bank transfers dispersed for your rental.

To start a partial refund, you may contact us at cancellation@thekingandienterprise.com.  If your partial refund is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation of cancellation email, as well as a request for your banking details in order to return the calculated funds.

Please remember that depending on your bank(e.g. HSBC, Butterfield, Clarien) it can take a few business days for your bank  to process and post the partial refund to your account. 

Request for a partial refund with no notice to The King and I Enterprise will not be accepted.
